When contacting us about an existing order, please include your order number and the purchaser’s name. Photographs or video may be requested when reporting shipping damage, a defective product, or a warranty issue.

RETURNS

Do not send a product or component without prior authorization. Customers with an approved return will receive the applicable return address and instructions from Promenade Lighting. Unauthorized shipments may be refused or returned to the sender.
